LACHIN Architects has been working with Xavier University for almost 20 years. The firm has completed a number of projects throughout the University's Campus  including work at the Administrative Building, Historic Convent, Greenhouse, NCF Building, and most recently the "Old" and "New" Pharmacy Buildings.  At the Pharmacy Buildings in particular, LACHIN renovated five pharmaceutical laboratories and two department office suites. At the laboratories, all interior finishes were removed and replaced, casework was removed, reconfigured, and replaced with integrated state-of-the art equipment to create the most effective teaching and learning spaces. At the renovated office suites, each existing suite area was gutted and re-designed with layouts and finishes to best suit the current needs of the department that they serve.
