The St. Tammany Parish School Board Administration Complex was a historic renovation and expansion of the existing C.J. Schoen Middle School.  Construction of the Administration Complex was done in four phases. The four phases included interior/exterior demolition of existing building components, followed by roofing repairs, then renovation of the existing historic building, and finally construction of an attached new building wing. The new building wing was designed to aesthetically respect the existing historic building and is comprised of a 300 seat board room, an atrium, as well as office spaces. The existing commercial kitchen, concession, auditorium, and proscenium stage of the historic building received extensive renovations while the existing classrooms where converted into office spaces.
