OUR TEAM

BACKGROUND

As president of Lachin Architects, apc, Mr. Lachin has been responsible for countless project types over the past 30 years. Recent accomplishments include reconstruction of several buildings in support of recovery efforts following Hurricane Katrina, including schools, healthcare facilities, homes for the elderly, and other projects vital to the community. Always adaptable to clients’ expectations, with emphasis on program definition, clear decision-making, quality control, and added value services, LA, apc under Mr. Lachin’s leadership, has enjoyed success through predominantly repeat clientele driven by a philosophy grounded upon client respect. Mr. Lachin was elected to serve as President of the Louisiana Chapter of the Council of Educational and Facility Planners International in 2015 due to his knowledge of educational facility planning and construction administration. Graduated from Jesuit High School in New Orleans, Louisiana, Mr. Lachin is a combat veteran of the U.S. Army, with degrees in Philosophy and Architecture.

Lachin Architects, APC is the merger of two architectural offices, John M.
